Terms and Conditions

The following are the Terms and Conditions of orders placed with Mobile2Mobile.net.

By ordering from Mobile2Mobile.net you confirm your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

All images on this site are reproduced with a view to portraying our products as accurately as possible. Please be aware that designs may vary slightly, from those shown, due to normal design and production fluctuations

Methods of Payment

We accept the following methods of payment;

  • All Credit and Debit Cards worldwide
  • Western Union
  • Paypal
  • Bank Transfer
  • No-Chex

There will be currency conversion charges applied to payments made in UK sterling from non UK sterling accounts.  This conversion is applied by the account/card issuer. We are not responsible for any currency conversions. Likewise for payments made is US dollars from a non US dollar card/account.

Delivery

Electronic products such as unlocking codes and unlocking software are delivered via email.

Physical Goods will be dispatched on receipt of cleared payment.

Delivery charges are quoted when placing an order. Our standard rates are:

  • UK - £3.75 per order
  • Worldwide- £6.75 per order

Standard UK delivery is arranged through Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. A signature will be required on receipt of goods. If a delivery is unsuccessful, then a card is left to arrange collection or redelivery. Delivery can be as fast as the next working day, but please allow 5 working days. Worldwide delivery is arranged through UK Royal Mail First Class International Recorded Delivery. A signature will be required on receipt of goods. Delivery times can vary , from 2-10 working days.

Returns Policy

e-Products (Unlock codes / Software /  Unlock Credits)

Full refund will be given in the unlikely event that we are unable to supply your unlock code. Likewise we are also happy to refund unused Unlock Credits (username/passwords). We do not offer refunds for standalone unlocking software (i.e software that does not require an unlock credit) however we will always review each case and make a judgement based on it's merits.

Physical Products

We operate a 28 days return period as explained below.

All the products on sale from Mobile2Mobile.net have met high quality-control standards. However, if you find a defect with any product purchased, please e-mail us at: support@mobile2mobile.net

Goods which are defective on receipt can be returned for a full refund or replacement. Goods found to be defective within 28 days will be replaced.

Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced, but will be returned at the customer's expense.

We do not operate a try before you buy policy. If you wish to return goods which are not faulty, we will accept the return providing the goods are in a good clean condition suitable for re-sale in the original packaging and having not been used. These goods can be exchanged for other products, subject to the difference in costs being addressed along with a postage fee, or refunded, less postage and packing. A handling fee of 18% will be made.
Refunds by credit card are made to the same credit card that was used for the purchase.

The above conditions are in addition to your statutory rights which are not affected

Security

Your online purchase from us will take place in real time, and we will never see your credit card details. Our online purchasing facilities are secure and safe with full 128-bit SSL encryption. All Card payments go through Anti Fraud measure which include:

AVS (Address Verification Service)
CVV2 (Card Security Number Confirmation)

Automatically Cancelled Orders

We run an in-house Fraud Control system on all orders which carries out a number of checks to investigate the likelihood of the transaction being fraudulent. This system is programmed to look for known patterns of suspicious activity based on the order information such as locality, IMEI number(s), IP address, Invoice address, etc as well as the payment details and returns a 'confidence level'. Your order will be automatically cancelled, in the event of a low confidence level - even if the transaction is authorised by the Bank, Paypal or Nochex.

We reserve the right to cancel orders we feel to be suspicious and/or fraudulent. These orders are always reported to the relevant authorities. Should we receive a chargeback from our merchant service provider after the order has been fulfilled we will assume that we have been defrauded. All details entered on order together with your IP address will be forwarded to the relevant authorities. You will also be blacklisted from ordering at mobile2mobile.net and several hundred other associated on-line retailers in the future.  IMEI numbers will be forwarded to the relevant network carrier which can also lead to a blocked phone. We also utilised and forward relevant information to CheckMEND and IC3

Please note that Internet host IP addresses are recorded for security reasons when placing an order online.

We work closely with Fraud prevention agencies to protect against fraudulent activity through our payment systems.

Privacy Statement

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that any details that you submit to us are kept secure. The details that you submit to us will be kept to process orders only.

Mobile2Mobile.net will not knowingly pass on any details we hold on customers or web site visitors to any third parties.

We may use the addresses submitted to us to occasionally notify you about important functionality changes on the website and/or new products, services or offers we think you'll find valuable.

We monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the web site.

We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our website. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. Unlocking is legal in most countries, customers receiving any unlocking equipment are required to check local laws before purchasing. MobileMobile.net are not responsible for any law infringements made by its customers.

Important Note: An unlocked 2G handset (i.e. T-mobile, Vodafone, Orange, etc) will not accept a 3G simcard. However an unlocked 3G handset will accept and work with a 2G handset. 3G handsets have backward compatibility which enables them to recognize and function with a 2G simcard However, an unlocked 2G handset is not able to recognise the newer 3G simcard Technology.

We do not stock or sell any software that has IMEI changing capabilities, nor answer any queries relating to IMEI changing. IMEI changing is illegal!!
