The process below allows you to create a log file from your phone, which you then upload to us. We will then read it for your phones unique unlock code and email you your unlock code to enter into your handset.

All HTC Pocket PC Models are supported - SPV M2500, SPV M2000, SPV M500, XDAIIs, XDAIIi, XDAII mini, XDA III, MDA III, MDA compact, QTEK S100, Qtek 9090, Vodafone VPA, I-mate PDA2K and Siemens SX66

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Backup all data from device
 The unlock procedure will do a hard reset to the phone.
With a recent backup (Active Sync feature) you can restore all your data easily.

2. Remove SD card from phone

3. Enter bootloader mode (White screen showing "Serial" on top of device)

How to get your phone into bootloader mode
MDA compact XDA 2 SPV M500 unlock MDA compact,  XDA 2 mini, SPV M500, QTEC S100 - (Magician)
Hold down [CAMERA] and [POWER] button at the same time and do a RESET
MDA 3 XDA 3 SPV M2000 Unlock MDA3, XDA3, XDA 2s, SPV M2000, Siemens SX66, Qtek 9090, Vodafone VPA,  I-mate PDA2K - (BlueAngel)
 Hold down [RECORD] and [POWER] button at the same time and do a RESET
XDA2i XDA2s XDA3 SPV M2500 unlock XDA2i, SPV M2500 - (Alpine)
 Hold down [ACTION] (center of joypad) and [POWER] button at the same time and do a RESET
Reset:Stick stylus in RESET hole on bottom of device

4. Connect the device to your desktop
 Top of device screen should show "USB", if not make sure Active Sync is installed and
 firewall software does not prevent connection to device)

5. Download and  Run htcpocketpcunlock.exe on your desktop.  SUPPORTS Win2000/XP ONLY
Data extraction usually takes 1 minute. If it takes longer close the program, check your firewall settings, disable antivirus software, close all applications running in background and try again)

6. Save the extracted file and use the form below to upload your file and continue to the payments page. 

We will then read your phone's unlock code from your file and email you your unlock code and full instructions.
