1: Getting Started -

STEP 2: How to check if your phone can be
unlocked using this software.
- Download and install the unlocking software
using the above link

Turn on your
phone with an accepted simcard ( e.g. if
your phone is locked to Vodafone UK insert a Vodafone UK
simcard)
- Make sure you
have a connection to the Internet. Turn off or
configure your firewall to allow the unlocking
software to communicate with online server
- Run the unlocking software and the test username and
password will be displayed on the 1st screen

- Enter the Test
username and password then click on Connect. (Make sure your phone is
connected to you PC and drivers installed)
- After the software has connected select your model and then select
"Check Unlock possibility" option and click start

- The software will now check to see if your handset can be unlocked
and give you a message showing you the result.
- If the software cannot unlock your phone, Please try again in 5
days. The server is regularly updates to support newer models and
firmware.
If the software can unlock your phone - Continue onto the unlocking
section below.
STEP 3: How to unlock your phone using the unlocking software
- Click here to buy
your username/password
- The username and password will be emailed to you within seconds of
payment.
Important: Free email accounts (e.g. Yahoo, Hotmail) may
quarantine the email as Spam. Please check your spam/quarantined
folders for the email before contacting us.
- Run the software again and enter
your Username and Password. Click on Connect

- After the software has connected select your model and then select
"Direct Unlock" option.
(We recommend you to create a chip back up before starting unlocking
process)

- Click on "Start" Button to start unlocking operation.

That's it! your phone should be unlocked
after completing instructions.

(This service will not work with Windows 95/98/ME or Apple Pc's)

Troubleshooting Notes:
1. Always use a fully charged battery!!!
2. During the unlock/test process if windows detects another Motorola
related driver, click abort on the unlocking software and allow
windows to complete device installation. Restart the unlocking process once
the new driver has completed installation.
3. If the unlock process terminates before completion, your unlock credit
will not be lost - try again in 30mins.
4.
Do not use or run any other program during
unlocking / upgrading process
5. We recommend you to
uninstall any other thirty party Motorola
software (e.g. mobile phone tools,
Motorola flashing software, firmware upgrade
software ..etc) temporarily to avoid driver
conflict issue.
6.
If your machine in-avertedly shuts down, this indicates potential issues
the Motorola USB drivers. Re-install the drivers
