How to unlock or Debrand Sonyericsson's & Sharp Phones

Download the latest version of Total Multiserver Software using the link above

Enter your login username and password

Enter your username and password - clicking on 'Account Info' will check that th credit is valid and also update the Multiserver Software to the latest version.

Power Off phone and remove sim card.

Connect your Unlock or Flash Cable ( Total MultiServer Unlock/Flash cables ) to your phone and PC

Select the Brand and model of the Phone you wish to unlock from the drop down menu

Once you select the make/model, detailed unlock/debrand instructions will be displayed on the right hand screen of the software or you can then clip on 'Help' to display the instructions

Select correct Port where cable is installed

Select correct Cable speed (USB Cable = 921600 / Serial Cable = 115200)

Click on Make Selected Jobs and gently tap/press the power button when asked - the phone will not Power On

The screen below varies depending of make/model. Software will always display relevant instructions

Click on the relevant menu depending whether you're unlocking / updating or debranding

Put a Tick box in the required box then click on 'Make Selected Jobs'

'Read CID / Test Cable' option

a) This option will allow you to test whether the cable you have is support. Make sure you have drivers installed and have selected the correct Port

b) If you plan to debrand, use this option to read CID from your phone so that you can then apply the related CID Debranded files to your phone

Once you click on 'Make selected job', Gently tap/press the power button on the phone when asked - the phone will not Power on but software should continue

Do not disconnect cable until server says done

Please Note:

New K & D Series (K300, K300i, K750, K750i, D750, D750i etc) require the new style unlock cable, original data transfer
cables will not work with this software

Debranding phone will wipe memory this including MMS, Tones, Pics and other memory. Please backup before commencing.

After upgrading your phone you will not be able to use the SEUS services. If you want the latest firmware you can use
total Multiserver to upgrade again.

How to unlock Panasonic / Phillips, Daewoo, Siemens and NEC Handsets

Enter your login username and password

Select the Brand and model of the Phone you wish to unlock from the drop down menu

Connect your Unlock or Flash Cable ( Total MultiServer Unlock/Flash cables ) to you phone and PC

Enter your IMEI number into the box and click on calculate unlock codes (Press *#06# on your mobile phones keypad this will display a 15 digit number imei or you can find it on the sticker in the battery compartment labelled as S/N or IMEI)

Panasonic X60 / X66 / X68 - No need to enter your IMEI number. Simply click on "Direct Unlock" and the software will unlock your phone.
