this 'network unlocking' affect my phone?
No your handset will remain the same as it was before and u can still use

you unlock these model?
We use software which is a “brute force code generator”. It generates
a series of codes , we enter these codes and remove 2 locks called the 'splock'
and 'Nck lock' . It does not use any algorithm or confidential information
which is the property of NEC.
4. Can you
unlock all Firmware versions?
Yes we can unlock all Firmware Versions SV22 and above
5. Is this
software illegal?
No, It does not use any information contained in “program code”
copyrighted by NEC nor does it access any copy-protected areas of the
handset. This software generates codes by attempting hundreds of code
combinations to reveal the unlock code. It does not write to any copyrighted
areas of the phone so does not infringe on any copyright laws
We do interfere or write or alter any
firmware from the phone.
6. Is
Unlocking of my phone illegal ?
NO its not illegal to have your handset
unlocked but you may be breaching any terms and conditions with your
subscriber. If u you are unsure please check with your service provider .We
will not be responsible if your service provider wishes to take action
against you for breaching any terms and conditions outlined in your service
agreement.
7. I have been entering free temporary
codes into my phone can you still unlock my phone?
No at present no we can not unlock a tampered phone, Please do not send
these phone to us as we will return them at your cost.
8. Can I use all functions on the phone
Yes once unlocked you can use your phone as a normal phone
9. Can I go on
the internet with a 2g simcard on a 3g phone?
No sorry you cant the browser is preset to work with 3G we can not overwrite
or reset this
10. Can I use my phone to send picture messages mms once its unlocked?
NO With 3g mobile handsets you may NOT be able to store your new 2g settings
However You Can save all SMS settings without problems.
11. Do you do a price match if I find this
cheaper elsewhere?

12. Any problems I should be aware of?
With 3g phones ,customers may experience that some Orange and T-mobile
,Virgin and 02 simcards may not work this is due to some sim profile or
voltage issue , we don't know which simcards are affected but customers have
reported many new or very old simcards can cause the phone not to read the
simcard.
This has nothing to do with the network unlocking process
